Moving Email between outlook express and outlook

I need to move some email files from Outlook express to
Outlook. But, when I go to export the mail files from
Outlook Express it automatically does it and doesn't tell
me where it is "exported" to. Is there another way to do
this?

Also, when I go to Outlook and click "Import from another
program or file" Outlook Express isn't in the list of
programs to choose from.

If anyone can help it would greatly be appreciated.

Try File-Import and Export-Import Internet Mail instead.
