Moving e-mails with attachments

My knowledge of macros and VB could fit in a thimble.
Can a macro be written for Outlook that will move e-mail
messages from the inbox to another folder based on the
extension (i.e. .exe) of the attachment? I want
something similar to a Rule that can either run on all
incoming messages immediately or that will globally
through my inbox and move certain e-mails with specific
attachments to another folder. Is this possible or am I
reaching for the moon?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

It's possible, but you'd probably find it a lot easier to just go to Slipstick
(http://www.slipstick.com) and look in their Utilities section. I'm sure
there are already a few utilities there you can get that will do this kind
of attachment management for you.
