Moving DCs to new hardware

I'm going to move 5 DCs to new hardware and would like to
eventually have them keep the same Netbios names. Anyone
done this before?
 
Backup System State, restore to other DC. See Chapter 9 of the Distributed
Systems volume of the "Resource Kit" and various KB articles on that
subject.

Main issues are when the hardware is radically different (like EIDE to SCSI
in SCSI mode drives.)
