Moving DC to remote site

I setup a third DC on my W2K domain of two DCs. I want to move this third DC
to another site, which is connected through VPN. Private IP of third DC will
be changed on new site. What changes I need to make and where to keep these
DCs in sync. I wont be making in changes on third DC, just want it to keep
updating from primary/first DC.

Use Sites and Services to setup the new site, its subnet(s),
and move the 3rd DC to that site.

That's pretty much it unless you have networking issues like
firewall filters to arrange.
