I just installed Win XP (clean install)
Before I wiped Windows 98, I copied my .pst file, and my .idx and .mbx files.

Can I get the data in there imported into Outlook Express now?

..PST files are used by Outlook, not Outlook Express. Outlook Express
generally uses .DBX files (except maybe older versions). If it's OE you want
to use, you should take a look at http://www.insideoe.com for instructions on
moving data from one machine to another. If it's Outlook, see
http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm.

The PST file is an Outlook file, not an Outlook Express file. The idx and
mbx files are from Outlook Express V4 and can be imported by XP's Outlook
Express (V6). See http://www.insideoe.com/ for a lot of information. Ask
Outlook Express questions in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
