moving CTRL C- V to my right hand

Can I customize this short cut and move it to my right
hand somehow? I would like to make CTRL-Delete-End do
the same thing as CTRL C-V because I'm left handed.

The original keys are on that side. Ctrl + C etc are an office invention and new (only 8 or so years old)

Shift + Insert = Paste
Ctrl + Insert = Copy
Shift + Delete = Cut

These are the real keys for real men.
