Moving/Copying lots of files

What's the best file manager for win2k for moving/copying big
directories eg 3-6 Gig from one drive to another ?

Found lots of posts about various multi pane file manager
replacements, but not much info on best reliability for handling lots
of files.

What's wrong with using good old Xcopy.exe in a "DOS" window?

Type xcopy /? to see a mini-help file listing all the switches available
with the command.
