Moving / Copying Contacts from Outlook 2007 to Exchange

Hello guys,

I recently bought a copy of Office 2007 Ultimate. Superb software.

I have created all my contacts in outlook, but now would like to move them to the Exchange Server where all my emails and calendar entries are.

It there a way of doing this?

Define an Exchange account, make it the delivery location, then copy the
contents of the PSTs folders to the corresponding Exchange folders.
