Moving Confirmation

I am trying to install a program over the network and a
pop-up comes up to authorize the execution, however, the
popup doesn't stop popping up, it just sails up and off
the top of the screen so I cannot accept the operation.

I have deactivated the agents but it continues to happen.

Is taskbar aligned to the side? Put it back at the bottom and you will be
better able to accept the notification.
