I have several clips that I want to make them a separate file for view on my
network system, the thing is I want to rename the clip and put them into a
folder to share on the network for example: I have movie that made is 60:00
long and I want take some clip say for instant 6:00 clip and place a file
name on it and put that indiviual clip on a CD or the network is there way
that can be done

That is the basic function of Movie Maker really.
Import the 60 minute clip into WMM then preview it until you get to the 6
minute clip you want to separate. At the beginning of that segment pause the
preview and hit the Split clip icon (2nd from the right at the bottom of the
preview window) or just press CTRL+L.
This will split the clip at the current location. Now navigate to the end of
the segment you want to use and do the same thing.
Now you have 3 clips in your collection.
1- The clip up to the starting point of the segment you want
2- The clip you are trying to isolate
3- The rest of the video AFTER the segmented clip
Drag clip #2 to the timeline and add any transitions/titles you want then
press CTRL+P to open the Save movie wizard.
The wizard will take you through the steps to create a separate video file
named whatever you want and located wherever you want.
Since the video is not going to a DVD I suggest either the local playback
option or, if you want high quality, the "High Quality NTSC" profile to save
with.
