I have Outlook XP on my laptop and would like to move my
calender info to my desktop which also has Outlook XP.
The only problem is that the laptop is running on a PST
file and the desktop is connected to an Exchange 2000
server. Is it possible to copy the calander info to my
Desktop Outlook to use?

thanks.

Yes, copy the .pst file to your desktop. Open it using File->Open->Personal folders file. Once opened, display in a table view, select all, drag and drop to your exchange based calendar. (Categories works well for the table view)

After a lot of head-scratching, Joan asked:
