According to the Help file:
1. With the cursor in the appointment, ALT+UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW should Move an appointment
2. With the cursor in the appointment, ALT+SHIFT+UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW should Change an appointment start or end time

In Outllook 2003, NEITHER of these keyboard shortcuts work!!! The Microsoft representitive experienced the same problem, but did not have a solution. Can anyone help?

What Help topic is that from?

In the Outlook 2003 help file search for keyboard shortcuts. Then go to the Views subgroup: Day/Week/Month item. Then select the For Day view item and you will see the help information detailing how to move appointments - the Alt + down arrow key that DOESNT work

Thanks! If you're working online, you can use the controls at the bottom of
the help topic to provide feedback. FWIW, the Page Up and Page Down
shortcuts also don't work as described.
