Moving all users in subdomains to root domain

I mistakenly created multiple subdomains for seperate physical sites. I'm now realizing i should have just stuck with a primary domain. I now have the issue of moving all users/computers from site.domain.com to domain.com. Will ADMT do this for me? Is this a huge pain in the ass? The only reason I'm considering doing this is for login/auth issues.

Thanks

Justin,

If you need a simpler method for moving objects between different domains
in a single forest you can use movetree.exe from the Support Tools.
Here's some info on the syntax: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=238394

Hope that helps.

I'm now realizing i should have just stuck with a primary domain. I now
have the issue of moving all users/computers from site.domain.com to
domain.com. Will ADMT do this for me? Is this a huge pain in the ass? The
only reason I'm considering doing this is for login/auth issues.

Thanks for the help, however, i noticed that the KB article for movetree says that it does not move computer accounts. Does this mean I'll have to visit each machine, part the original site.domain.com and join domain.com? Would ADMT be a better solution for not having to touch all these machines? I admin about 450 machines, it could take a while :) I'm also hoping to do this in the middle of the night, botherthing the users as little as possible

Thank yo
