how do i move my address book from outlook to outlook

You have several options. One is to click "File">"Import and Export...",
select "Export to a file", select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)", then
select your Contacts folder and click OK. In Outlook Express, you can
import that file, specifying which fields get mapped to which item.

Another option is to add a "Personal Address Book" service to Outlook and
export your Contacts in that form, which OE will also be able to import.

There's also a way to have Outlook and Outlook Express share the same
address book, but I don't recall how. Even if I did, however, I don't think
this option is the one you want, since I believe it shares OE's book with
Outlook, not the other way around.
