Moving Access files to a new machine

I have moved three Access files to a new machine and I am no longer able to
open the databases. The problem is that the password field becomes locked and
I cannot enter a password. any help would be appreciated.
 
Are the databases protected with ACCESS security? Did you copy the .mdw file
too? Are the paths exactly the same on both PCs?

You need to tell us a lot more details, please, about what your setup is and
what type of files you're using, etc.
