Moving a site from under 1 top level site to another

How do I go about moving a site from under 1 top level site to another. I'm
currently on MOSS 2003 v 2.0. I would be utilizing Front Page and/or Network
Place to make the change I assume
 
Open the site it FP and Publish to your new subweb location
