Is there is a way to tell Moviemaker the way you want to produce a movie
instead of clicking on those options on the list ?

For example I will like a 320 X 240 output bur at only 15 frames pers second
instead of 30.

You may well find exporting the movie from movie maker as a dv-avi file and
then importing it into windows media encoder will give you most options for
saving as you wish. Also check out www.papajohn.org and look through the
custom profiles section.
