I created a power point presentation, saved it on a USB. Works great until I
use that same USB in a secound computer, the movie will not play. Anyone know
why? Any ideas?

Russ,
Movies are linked not embedded. You will have to copy the movie to the USB
stick and put it in the same folder as your presentation.

Hi,
The reason is:
Movies and videos are linked to PowerPoint presentation, when you
Email the PowerPoint presentation, the linked music will not be shown.

Solution 1- Package the video and presentation:
1. Put the video files and the PowerPoint presentation in a same
folder.
2. Reinsert the video file to the PowerPoint presentation.
3. Package the entire folder into one archive file and send it to
others.

Solution 2 - Embed the video using other third presentation tools
Convert your PowerPoint presentation to Flash use some third party
presentation tools, Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional (
http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash-pro.html#110 ),
PowerFlashPoint (http://www.digitalofficepro.com/powerpoint/Power-
flash-point-converter.html) for instance. It can help you create Flash-
based presentation with all the original effects retained. All the
video files will be embedded in the presentation. You can send the
Flash-based presentation to your USB.
