movies does not save

Hello there
I am unable to save movies from any project I made, no matter how small it
is.
I have 1.7 GB free disk space to save a 12 MB file?
I checked security, made it everyone full control.
Moved the temp file to the same drive.
And still the wizard says;
cannot complete the save movie wizard.
and explains that may be there is no empty disk space....
Any ideas?
