MovieMaker Locks Up

finderseeker

while dragging pics or clips into frames on story board, MovieMaker freezes
up with cursor hour glass displayed, can move cursor but nothing is happening
on program, need to ctrl-alt-del / end task and come back in again, this
happens randomly sometimes two sometimes four drag events, then bingo...
locks up, tired of repeating process and saving file every frame to keep from
repeating developing movie... please help

Is it a large project? Sounds like system resource issues.

Try disconnecting from the net and closing all programs...
especially virus scanners before opening Movie Maker.

And it may help to run Disk Cleanup.

Also...you may have some compatibility issues with your
