Movie Tasks Window not coming up.

When I click Movie Tasks, all that comes up are the main headings ie,1.
Capture Video. 2. Edit Movie, 3.Finish Movie. There is nothing between the
lines, which means I cannot make titles.

Can you click the small button to the right of
each category and expand the menus?

What if you go to...Tools / Titles and Credits?

I have tried both, the categories close and open but that is all. Tools/ Titles & Credits, Where do you want to add a Title? appears with the, add------------ on the movie, the dotted line is in fact a dotted oblong box. When I click in that box a large oblong box appears titled, Enter Text for Title, I can type the text ok and it appears on the screen, thats as far as it gets. The, Done,add Title to movie, is dimmed and does not respond. The, More options, does not respond

reported...sorry I don't have an answer.
