Movie Saving Problems

I just made a movie I've been working on a couple minutes longer, and now
when I try to save it as a movie file, it keeps failing, telling me that it
can't save it to the specified location, and that I should verify that the
origional source files for the movie are still available, etc. I see nothing
wrong with the saving location, with any source files, and I have plenty of
disk space. Can anybody please help me?
