Movie not loaded!!!

Hi, when I am on the web some pictures on certian pages
are blank. I right click on this space on a box comes up
and says "movie not loaded". Under it says "macromedia
flash player". When i go to thjis link i try to down laod
a flash player but it wont do it.. I also got a game and
there is sound but no graphics..Please help it killing me.
 
Two problems, totally unrelated!

Macromedia Flash Player can be downloaded and installed from
http://www.macromedia.com/

About half way down the page, in the section called Shortcuts, download and
install the Flash Player and Shockwave Player. You may have to be logged on
as a User with Admin Rights in order to do this.

Second problem: You must first ensure that your graphics card meets or
exceeds the specification for the game(s) in question.....

First thing to try is update the graphics card driver which should be found
at the website of the graphics card manufacturer. Second thing to install
is the latest version of Direct X which can be found at
www.microsoft.com/directx.
