Media Player (9/10)
Hi,
When playing a movie file on windows media player, it will get to about 5 secconds off the end of the movie and then i will get a plain blue screen with some text flashing to fast to see at the top. If then you turn the monitor off, and then back on again, you will now get a black screen, the only way to get out of this is to press (and hold) The power button.
This happenes on all movies, and on Media player 10 & Media player 9, the movies will play fine with 'Dell media experiance' i have watched many movies on this computer,
I think this is a serious problem, the blue screen is mainly plain blue, but at the top an error messsage of some kind is flashing very fast, too fast to read, as if the computer is corrupted.
seeing as i watch a lot of movies, i would like to get this sorted. i do not use Media player now for fear it will damage my PC.

Hi all, i cut and pasted this from an email i sent to mico[about the size of there support database (micro)]soft, MS are useless at solving problews, i have had this ever since i got the PC (1 month ago)
please can you give me an suggestions?
