I CREATED A SLIDESHOW ON MOVIE MAKER AND BURNED IT TO BLANK MEDIA CD BUT AM
NOT ABLE TO PLAY ON TV WITH DVD PLAYTER
 
Shutoff your [Caps Lock] please otherwise it appears you are shouting in
newsgroups.
No you can't play it in your DVD player because all you did was burn the WMV
or AVI file to a CD and that is not compatible with a home DVD Player.
You need to use a DVD Authoring program to create a VCD or, if you have a
DVD Burner a DVD, and that is what you use in a home DVD Player.
I have a list of the more popular DVD Authoring programs on my website with
links to download the programs (purchased) or the free trials (Where
available) in the "DVD Programs" section of my site.

Read your reply as I am in the same situation. I would like to be able to
play my MM2 in a DVD player. I have tried to acess the link you recommended
but have been unsucessful. Any suggestions

Hi Wojo,

I tried the http://wojos-web.tk site, I get the 'cannot be displayed' and
'cannot find server, dns error'. So, he's not the only one. Maybe that
server is not available to us. I use IE6 The other one opens ok.

hmmm, I will have to look into that. the .tk link should take you to the
same place as the other link I posted.
..TK is just a free domain name that points to my website. I guess I will go
back to posting the regular link instead for now.
Anybody else having the same issue?
