does 2000 have a movie maker i can download for it?
if not can somebody give me a link to a free program that
i can make and edit movies with.

No, and you can download something, probably, from www.tucows.com, or zdnet
or cnet or nonags or webattack and try vcdhelp or dvdhelp. You can type
these in Google and find the urls.
