movie maker won't capture video

I am trying to capture video from my SonyDigital Handycam
model no. DCR-TRV103. Last night (the first tiem i used
movie maker) i captured a chunk of video, but since then
i have been unable to capture any video from the same
tape. The computer recognizes the camera connection but
the software won't capture video. I am getting
frustrated with video editing. Help!
