Movie Maker stps rendering at 38%

Is there any reason for this? IT never finishes rendering my movies. It
always stops on 38%

I am running windows movie maker 2.1

Really annoys me because I jsut finished a great video adn I can't make it
into an actual movie to share with others. Thanks for any help.
