Movie Maker on Vista

I have the Vista Preminum on my new computer but I cannot find Movie Maker.
Where do I find it, or if it is not there, where and how can I download a
version to run on my Vista?
 
The instructions are for the XP version. When I tried to download after it
finished I got a message box stating "Version of windows you have installed
does not match the update you are trying to install". What is next? I have
a new HP computer with Vista Preminum as the operating system.

Forgetting the fix, did none of the places that you looked had it there as
listed on the page?
Is this home premium?
If the pc is new and using the run command does not find it, then I'd speak
to the shop you bought it from, a reinstall of windows may be needed!
