Movie Maker movie will not load to camera

I have tryied to load the movie to the camera with everything I can know, I have a sony 2 mega pix handycam. I spend hours waiting on Movie MAker to load to my camera and then I read that the video I was making did not successfully load to my camera tape. What is going on...there is nothing to tell me why it won't load to the camera....just that it won't..please help. I have to get this done by Saturday..in 2 days. Thanks
