Movie Maker movie in email fuzzy when played on windows media

I emailed a movie - when opened it plays in Window media.
On the small screen it is clear but hard to see
On the large screen it is really fuzzy

How can I make it big and sharp?
 
the default is to fit the emailed movie into a 1 MB file... which makes for
a low quality video... use Tools > Options to change the default up as high
as 10 MB, but be careful not to make it bigger than the email max sizes of
your ISP or the one of who you're sending it to.
