Movie Maker Missing files

When burning to a DVD my computer went to 99%, and then said it was short
memory. I unintall sevearl programs. One was the Muvee, i didn not reolize it
was part of my movie maker. Now my message said, I missing files. How do I
repair it? I try restore system, it said it can not restore.

Can I downloard, repair movie maker?
 
MM is part of windows, so a repair instal of windows would be needed.
Muvee is not part of movie maker, but may have uninstalled associated files.
