Well this might be a simple question but I can't figure it out. I have
finished my movie and was ready to make a DVD then it dawned on me that I
better make sure not longer than 2 hours. At the end of my movie in the
timeline it shows 0:14:17:00. Does that mean its 14 hours 17 minutes long.
Which it can't be since the video I imported was from a 2 hour VHS tape.

Thanks Rey that makes sense however my next question is how does they two
hour VHS tape entered into Windows movie maker and up only been 14 minutes
long.

What is at teh beginning of your movie?
The beginning of the vhs tape?
What is at teh end of your movie?
The same thing that is 14.17 into the vhs tape?

Movie Maker split the video into clips and the first clip is 14 minutes
long, you may find the other clips in other collection folders.
Or
Depending on what file system you have on your hard drive, it may be that
you got to the limit of capture for fat32, though it should be nearer 18
mins for dv-avi capture.

Either that or a whole lot of dropped frames.
