Movie Maker Issues

I have two issues with Windows Movie Maker. The first is when I play back a movie, the video will stop on a picture and the audio will continue. If I save as movie again and play it back, it stops on a different picture. The second is when I remove pictures, the titles don't move. The movie is 38 min long so I thought I would remove some pictures to make it shorter to solve issue one. It takes forever to move all the titles when I remove a picture.
 
No only the two. I have never asked a question on a website like this before. When I couldn't find the previous one in the search, I thought I did something wrong.
