MOVIE MAKER IS UNSTABLE.

I'VE LOST VIDEOS IN THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS BECAUSE OF
THIS. I EMAIL MICRO. NO RESPONDSE. I CALLED THEIR LONG
DISTANCE #. (UNLIMITED PHONE SUPPORT). RIGHT!! TO MY
SURPRISE, i WAS HOLDING ON LONGER THAN FIVE MINS ...WHILE
NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. THIS SOFTWARE IS A
JOKE. IS FREEZES MY COMPUTER, IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO SAVE
MY WORK HALF THE TIME. IT'S HORRIBLE AND THEY SHOULDN'T
HAVE NEVBER PUT OUT THIS CRAP FOR THE PUBLIC WITHOUT
PERFECTING IT FIRST. AS SOON AS I FIND A PRODUCT THAT
DOES WHAT I NEED IT TO DO, I'M UNINSTALLING THIS GARBAGE.

Turn off your Caps Lock, it's considered shouting, is extremely rude and
makes the posting difficult to read.

And if you'd like to repost the exact error message you are receiving and
when you are receiving it in the CORRECT newsgroup for MovieMaker

microsoft.public.windowsxp.moviemaker

or use PapaJohn's website at www.papajohn.org

you'll probably get a response to your question. Actually MovieMaker (both
1 and 2) are usually very stable pieces of software, and I would suggest it
is hardware or drivers on your PC that is the problem, rather than
MovieMaker itself.

Cap lock is off. If posting here was the wrong forum, I
apologize for the that. Checking the site you've
mentioned, it confirms what I stated previously, which is
far from stable.
