I am trying to use Windows Movie Maker, I have never used it before and keep
running to problems. It was preinstalled on my computer - I have Windows XP
Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2. The problems are two things
keep happening while I am trying to create my movie - either the program
freezes and says (not responding) and I have to close the program and lose
whatever was not saved or an error box pops up saying that an error has
occured and they have to close the program and I lost some of what was not
saved. I tried calling Dell, the manufacturer of my computer, and they were
absolutely no help at all because the guy knew nothing about this program.
Please help. I need to finish this movie and I don't want to lose all the
work I've done. The error message box is getting more frequent now to a point
that I can't do anything.
