movie maker error report

Every time I open up Movie Maker, I get this error:
"Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." It then will shut down when you.please let me
know if any fix to this problem.thank's

You fail to mention your OS...if you are
running Vista...disregard the following.

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.
