Movie Maker Crashes upon Opening. Help!

When I open Movie Maker, I get the '...has encountered a problem and needs to
close' prompt. Any suggestions on how to get this program to work again?

It's happended to me too do you have a solution yet? how I can reinstall
movie or how to fix this problem. my other computer also run IE7 but it seem
work well with movie maker. but not my laptop???
