movie maker crashes on start up

hi,

when i start windows movie maker it just comes up wih a message that says:
windows movie maker has encountered a problem and has to close sorry for the
inconveaniance,

if i click send error report to MS it just closes if i dont send it closes
and if i click debug it closes,

oh and movie maker is open in the background,

this is the bucket code from when i send the report: Fault bucket 10568694.

You fail to mention your OS...if you are
running Vista...disregard the following.

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.
