Movie Maker 6 on Vista

I have Vista Ultimate x64, I've made some videos successfully, however, my
question is:

Can I control where Movie Maker inserts the chapters for a DVD. It seems to
decide for you. I couldn't find anywhere to specify this.

I'm thinking each chapter must
be a separate clip.
