I imported pictures and music to a new video and saved the project. I just tried to open the project for completion and found huge RED X's across my blank pictures. What do you think caused this to happen. I did delete the pictures from the computer after placing them in Movie Maker..Thanks

When you import your pictures into Movie Maker, some info goes into it, but
the source files need to remain on your computer until you're projects are
finished..... the red X means the source files are not in place....

Maybe you can copy them back to where you had them.

If you're really tight on hard drive space, an option is to leave the files
on your CD and just point MM2 to them on the CD-ROM drive... if they are all
on a single disc. It'll be a bit slower but will work. They just have to be
accessible to MM2, not in the original location.

Not knowing what kind of problem with spacing, it's hard to comment.... your
duration setting is used when they are dragged from the collection to the
timeline. And changing things on the timeline is hard sometimes unless you
zoom all the way into it so you can easily grab the edges.

Thanks, PapaJohn...I had a feeling that was the problem. I'll have to
reinstall the pictures from my cd to the hard drive until my project is
completed and saved. Also, I'm having a problem with the timeline...spacing
the pictures. Any suggestions?
