Can you change the duration of the length to "all" clips
after project is underway?

e.g. If you started the project with the duration set at 5
seconds, is there a way to to go back later and change the
duration to say 10 seconds, that would apply to all clips?
 
No, you can only change the default duration and apply it to them before
bringing them into the project.
