Movie Maker 2 download...........

I have Windows XP home version on my gateway........I downloaded the MM 2 ; double clicked on the exe. file, it did an install, but when I open Movie Maker, it is still the original version.... any idea what I'm doing wrong ??
 
Thanks Alan, I followed the directions at the web site,
everything looked okay, I restarted the computer, when I
bring up Movie Maker, it doesn't say Movie Maker 2.... so
my question is : did it update ? Shouldn't it show MM2
somewhere ? I'm confused ?!?!?

Start Moviemaker, go to HELP and then ABOUT and look for the version
number - it should say "2.0.(something)"
 
okay, on top it says version 5.1 etc.... and on the
bottom is does say verion 2.0.3--- ... so that's it....
