As a matter of interest do you have a bunch of transitions on timeline? One
thing you can try, is to publish the movie out to DV-AVI and see if it plays
back OK. If it does, you can reimport that DV-AVI into MovieMaker and
republish it out to WMV to work around the problem.
To do this, when you're on the Movie Settings page choose "Other Settings"
and select DV-AVI from the list (if Other Settings isn't visible then click
"Show more choices...").
Then play back the resultant file and see if it's OK. If so then import that
file back into MovieMaker (you want to turn off the "Create clips for video
files" option at the bottom of the Import dialog so you just get it as one
clip). Then drag that down to the timeline and republish it as WMV with your
chosen profile.
Hope this helps.

I burned my movie onto a cd-r. When I watch the movie, the pictures get
stuck and it stays on one picture through the rest of the movie, but the
audio keeps going. I have burned it onto 3 different cd's and it freezes at
a different spot on each cd.
