Okay. I can capture video from VHS, and can play it back
on my computer just fine, with audio. However, I am at a
loss as to how to get the file to be small enough to burn
onto a DVD! I keep changing quality settings, and am
capturing a video only 80 minutes in length, but still
cannot fit it onto a 120 minute DVD. HELP! How do I get
past this crucial step?? I am using Movie Maker 2, and
have MyDVD installed as well.

You could use MyDVD to write the DVD folder/files on your hard
drive. Then use DVD Shrink to compress that so it will fit on a
DVD. You will then need to import it back in to MyDVD, or use
some other burning software to actually burn the DVD.
