office 2002 on windows xp
when i insert some movie files *.avi,*.mpeg and i try to
play them the slide turns white. This does not happen
with all files as I can play some avis and mpegs while
others change this strange white screen. I am able to
open the files with mplayer32 and with windows media
player. I have read and checked the register settings
from austin myers notes (ref found in earlier posting) as
far as i can see powerpoint should be able to play these
files.
