Movie Effect with Still Photo's

Is Movie Maker the Microsoft software product that allows you to easily take
a bunch of photo's and put them together for a movie effect by panning a bit
and moving from photo to photo? I saw this at a Microsoft demo once and not
sure with what product it was easy to do. If not, anyone know what product
could do something like this?

Movie Maker has Effects and Transitions and
can make a movie from still shots...but I suspect
you saw a demo for PhotoStory...try the following link:

What you want is probably PhotoStory, which is free from Microsoft. After you
create a movie file in that program...you can always import that clip into
Movie Maker to add more enhancements.
