After adding several clients to my one and only Win2K server, I got my boss
convinced of buying a separate server for Terminal Services.

Now I have to move the TS CALs to the new server. Activating them on the new
server is not the problem. But how do I remove the current TS CALs from the
previous server? I've deactivated the TS services, changed the TS Mode from
Application to Administration mode, but the TS CALs are still active...

How to remove these TS CALs???? Please advice.

Your setup is a workgroup, is that correct? Otherwise, your TS
Licensing server would have been running on your Domain Controller,
and there would not have been a need to move the LS.

Just deactivate the old TS Licensing Server.
Clients with existing licenses will continue to use these, until they
expire. Then they will get a new expiration date which will show up
on the new TS Licensing server.

The only thing that you might have to do is to change the location of
the preferred LS in the registry of the TS.

The new server is on a new domain, the new and old server are on seperate
LANs and both are Domain Controllers. I want to remove the added licenses
from the old server. I know the connections will expire, but if a (new)
client connects to the old server, he or she gets a valid license.

You can't remove the TS CALs, but you can deactivate the old TS
Licensing Service or uninstall it completely.
