Move Windows 2000 to a newly installed HD

I have installed a new and much faster HD in my computer.
Now I would like to use this HD for the operating system
also - WITHOUT reinstalling everything. Is it possible to
move the system to this HD and make the PC boot from it,
so that I can remove the old HD from the system?
