I have a rule on my Exchange server (not client-only) to move messages from a certain address to a specific mail folder and the rule works great.

The problem is that when an email arrives that is processed by this rule, I am not notified that a new email has arrived. Is there a way around this? I do not want the rule to be setup as client-only, because I check my account from two different computers and OWA from time to time

Thank you

Michael

The rule will only set up as client only if the selected folder the mail is
moving to is located in a .pst file. If you are moving to a folder that is
located in the mailbox on the Exchange server then it should be created as
a server side rule.

I hope this information is helpful.
